Richard Palkhiwala started his career in London at the Amryta Capital LLP hedge
fund. At the private equity firm Partners Group, he focused on value creation. At the
financial consulting firm Accordion Partners, Richard worked with sponsor backed
companies to expand to new markets and restructure the office of the CFO. Most
recently, Richard completed the acquisition of a roofing platform in Miami, and has

Ola Rask is an experienced digital marketing executive with a proven track record in
driving hyper-growth and executing complex integration plays.
Starting as an advertising sales rep in his teens, he has held management positions
in a diverse range of fields from sales, to marine officer, to marketing.
Most recently, Ola acted as the COO of digital marketing technology startup
Match2One, where he helped grow revenues from sub-$2M to mid 8-figures,
culminating in a successful exit and subsequent integration work for the strategic
buyer.
